I had the pleasure of opening the first online Care Opinion Scotland Conference on 28th October 2020. My session covered an introduction to Care Opinion: who we are and what we do, how people can use the website, and gave examples of the stories and responses we receive.
The session was aimed at people who had not heard about Care Opinion before and needed some background understanding before diving into the rest of the conference.
