What's this?

A free workshop for all providers and commissioners in health and social care.

When?

1.15 – 4.00pm Tuesday 7th July

Where?

Central London, specifically at the NCVO, 8 All Saints Street, London N1 9RL

Can you tell me more?

Stakeholders in the Integration Agenda have an interest in how they engage their local public in giving feedback about services across health and social care.  Patient Opinion added the Care Opinion website to achieve this goal.  Feedback about multiple services is gathered together in one place for so that all staff involved in public services can share and learn.

Patient Opinion is an independent social enterprise committed to a public platform where everyone has a voice about the services that matter to them.

Join us for a free workshop where you can talk to different members of the team about the concerns and challenges facing your organisation.

  • Hear about the unique integrated functionality of the Patient and Care Opinion websites and how service users, patients, carers and relatives have been sharing their stories about health and adult social care services.
  • Discuss our 9 Levels of Online Engagement provider monitoring tool, use this to assess where your organisation is and learn how you can deepen your organisation’s online engagement.

The Patient Opinion team will be on hand to answer questions and explore a range of different areas such as generating feedback, communications strategy, social media support and integrated care pathways with other local services.

Because our focus is on learning, this will be an informal session with plenty of opportunities for sharing experiences and good practice, networking, asking questions, and making sure you get the practical guidance and advice you need.
