For Day 6 of our Christmas Good News, instead of a story from a patient, I have chosen a blog post by a member of staff in the NHS.

Feedback is about real relationships

What this blog post means to me

I chose this because, for me, our work at Patient Opinion is about relationships, not about data. Every day we see relationships restored, through nothing more than genuine listening and empathic response.

In this blog post, Craig shows how dialogue - even online dialogue - has the power to heal. It's another part of caring for people's health.
