Your Feedback Puzzle – How do healthcare providers around the UK use Care Opinion

We know there is some great practice happening across the UK from Healthcare organisations in terms of their engagement with online public feedback through Care Opinion. So, for our Autumn conference 2022 on the 10th November, titled “The Feedback Puzzle – Moving from feedback to impact” we did an open invite for those who wanted to share their practice and inspire other with their ideas.

In this session held on the morning of the conference, titled "Your Feedback Puzzle - How organisations across the UK use Care Opinion", we heard from 4 healthcare providers. We asked them to tell us what they would like to share about their experiences of engaging with online patient feedback, and we gave them the following questions as inspiration:

• How are they encouraging feedback in their areas?
• How they use feedback on Care Opinion for learning and change?
• How are they get staff involved in promoting feedback and responding well?
• How are they using Care Opinion to positively affect staff culture?
