(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I think the courtesy and friendliness is excellent. This is my 4th week and I find the activities so interesting. I would like to also thank Brian especially for his call to me prior to pick up, his caring and his friendliness

 I love my massage for Yewande and /or getting my nails beautified

 I like the way no one is left sitting on their own, everyone is involved,

 I enjoy the refreshments and introductions are excellent 

 The only thing that I would add is maybe a toasted teacake to keep our energy up

Dear Fregh54,

We are so glad you are enjoying your sessions with Lewis-Manning.

We agree that Yewande's massages are so beneficial and a wonderful part of the services we offer. Also that you feel it is an inclusive environment with no-one left on their own.

I am glad you enjoy the drinks and biscuit refreshments, and have taken on board that you would prefer something a little more substantial, such as a toasted teacake. I will feed this back to the team.

I will also pass your thanks on to Brian.
