"Fantastic service "

I was triaged in accident and emergency yesterday, and was assessed and patched up (excellent service-thank you) and given an appointment today at the plastic surgery clinic. I was assessed and had a plastic surgery operation to repair a severed tendon the same afternoon. This is such a fantastic service, so quick! I don’t think people in this country realise how lucky we are having this all for free. In America this would have cost thousands of pounds. Thank you so much to all the staff who looked after me, I really appreciate all your hard work in the job and all the training you have done in order to look after me to such a high standard.

The North East has excellent hospitals and much shorter waiting times than down south. I know some people complain about waiting but the staff literally don’t stop all shift.
