(as a relative),

My mum was at the Medical Day Unit today for her IV for her osteoporosis and the nurses there were fantastic and couldn't of been more welcoming! We both got a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit while the IV was running and the kept checking on us and we all had a good laugh - brilliant team! Lynne the nurse looking after mum was just brilliant and made everything so easy for mum - huge gold star!
