"Day surgery at Cannock Hospital"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

From arrival to leaving I was made to feel at ease, and as though i mattered. All staff were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They took great care of me and caused as little pain as possible.

The environment was clean, hygienic and fresh.

I felt involved in all decision, they provided informative and helpful advise.

Everything ran to time.

Drinks were plentiful as soon as i was to drink.

The privacy of all was excellent.

They saw the whole me, checking and advising on other problems.

On leaving i was advised of my follow up appointment, what to expect and further treatment required with probable time scales.
