About: Sexual Health Services - Telford and Wrekin (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I found the therapist rude, arrogant and full of their own importance.

They did not listen, kept typing all the time.

The problem I was referred to the service for is after a number of sessions still exactly the same. They decided I was cured and discharged me.

I found them to be unhelpful and unprofessional.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience with our psycho - sexual therapy service.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to discuss this further so that this matter can be addressed. This can be completely confidential if this would be preferred.

This would help us to ensure that we can work with practitioners to prevent anyone else having such a negative experience.
