As this was my 1st time attending this clinic I welcomed the comprehensive instructions which accompanied the appointment letter,  as to where the clinic was situated, with even a coloured photo of the seats to use.

I noted also that the clinician wiped down the seat I sat on prior to walking me to my appointment room - I felt safe with regard to covid infection. 

The clinician was friendly, stated her name and what the appointment would involve. 

I was asked if I was comfortable in the chair and if I had any questions at the end of the appointment. The clinician called her colleague for a second opinion - and this was secured within 5 minutes. Useful advice was imparted in a helpful way whilst we waited for her colleague - who washed her hands on entering the room, and on exiting.  

A well run unit with professional pleasant staff.  Well done.
