Would just like to say a massive Thankyou to all the staff on 308, I was recently admitted on the 6th of September and discharged on the 3rd of November, all I can say is Thankyou for keeping me inline and making sure I didn't walk out when I felt at my lowest no one wants to be in hospital and especially for nearly two months, I can't fault anyone at all on that ward they all work very hard and make sure you get what you need if a ward needs a reward it's this one

can you please let the manager of 308 know how happy I am and to tell all the staff please also Thankyou to all the drs and consultants I have seen
