The consultant I saw was brilliant. I have had some very poor experiences with the NHS in recent years but the lady I saw yesterday was so attentive. She was kind, patient, empathetic and I felt listened to. She offered excellent information and didn’t rush me. She and the nurse who assisted with my coil fitting put me at ease and made an uncomfortable experience much more bearable. I was so impressed. Thank you
