About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

The doctor I spoke to was very dismissive and unempathetic.

I felt they spoke to me like I was stupid and they didnt seem to know anything regardless of the fact that I’ve been diagnosed for over 7 years.

I was upset after the phone call. I had been referred by my GP to specifically talk to the specialists and wasn’t offered an appointment.

My experience is usually good with Cobridge so I was shocked to be spoken to the way I was.
