"A credit to her profession"

My daughter attended RAH maternity triage recently following a phone consultation with the midwife on duty.  The midwife was the only midwife on duty however took the time to explain everything she was doing to my daughter. She made her feel like she was the only patient in the unit and had her undivided attention throughout her visit.

Fortunately, she was discharged home and despite the fact there were other patients waiting and being attended to, my daughter was never rushed or hurried along through her visit. This midwife was amazingly professional and I would like this passed onto her lead midwife/CSM. We didn’t catch her name however as she was the only one on duty it shouldn’t be hard to track her down. She is a credit to her profession and the public are all too quick to point out faults so positive feedback is always important.
