About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

After an urgent referral from my gp I was seen at the Jasmine Centre in late June and had scans and a biopsy done the same day. After cancer was diagnosed I've had many tests and scans then surgery and I am now undergoing chemotherapy.  

All the staff have been absolutely brilliant, caring , informative and reassuring from the consultant's to HCA,s and especially the BCN,s who tirelessly explain your personal situation and are always at the end of the phone when needed.  

I honestly don't have the words to thank them enough and although my journey is ongoing I will be forever grateful that this brilliant centre is provided within my local hospital.
