"Long wait for test results"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

I attended the appointment over 3 months ago. I was told the  results would be sent to my doctor but am still waiting. My doctor stated they cannot do anything until they get the results so we are stuck as Neurology will not send results to the doctor, or answer the phone.

Every month we have rung and received the same message that due to staff illness nobody is answering the phone. It is an absolute joke.  I feel the NHS is an absolute joke now after the covid pandemic and is not interested anymore in my wellbeing. Consultants do not appear to be doing their jobs properly and are forgetting about their patients

No wonder you get discharged without your problems being sorted as nothing gets done - it is an absolute joke.
