(as the patient),

My appointment at the Specialist Mesh Centre New Victoria Glasgow was cancelled a few times.  On this occasion I was welcomed and almost everyone was nice enough.  I felt one member of staff spoke to me quite abruptly, which I did not find very professional.  I was there for a few hours and met a few different people. 

All going not too bad until my scan totally contradicted a previous one and then a subsequent one. 

It gave me no faith at all in the service and I found it extremely worrying. 

I decided not to go ahead with surgery there and opted for an outside referral which was approved.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Mesh Service at the New Victoria Hospital.

I am genuinely sorry that your appointment had been cancelled on a few occasions and that you felt one of the team spoke to you abruptly. I have fed your comments back to the team and would like to apologies if that was how you felt.
