I had an appointment at Healthy Living Rainham. I was directed to purple zone. Not knowing what to expect or whether I had to book in, I asked a member of yellow zone for assistance and they said they were yellow zone. They could have said just sit down and someone will come for you. Nobody wants to help unless you belong to their zone. I found it very childish and rude.
