"Fantastic care by the urgent Eye Clinic"

I suspected I was suffering from uveitis again. I called the Eye Clinic at 2.33pm, my call was answered quickly and after a quick telephone triage I was offered an appointment at 4.45pm.  I could have been seen sooner were it not for the fact I work over an hour away from the Hospital. Once I arrived at the Clinic I was seen by the nurse for a quick eye test and no more than 10 minutes later seen by the Doctor who, after a few tests confirmed the diagnosis and gave me a prescription to be dispensed at the Pharmacy.

This is the fourth time I’ve had to use this service and each time I’ve been offered an appointment on the same day, staff have been friendly and it’s been an efficient service. Thank you to everyone in the Eye Clinic.
