(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been very difficult as I honestly just want a discharge I have been in couple of weeks and sadly a discharge still is not possible. The food has also been an issues if you’re in for any length of time the menu gets incredibly stale and boring that coupled with a lot of times things ordered just don’t come its bad. The staff in the hospital have all been lovely really can’t say a bad word about them as they do try so hard it just is so frustrating with the food and also not being able to get a discharge which I am not happy about.

I am sorry to hear that you not entirely satisfied with the meals provided, Patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process.

I will pass your comments on to the Catering Manager.
