About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 11b)

(as a service user),

I am a nurse and ended up being a patient at the QEUH. The whole journey was amazing, from being clerked in at the admissions desk, to being admitted to same day admissions, the journey through theatre, recovery and transfer to ward 11B, ENT. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and very caring. I’d especially like to mention Mr Asimakopoulos and Staff Nurse Kyle Fisher who looked after me very well.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

It was wonderful to hear how your journey flowed so seamlessly from being first seen in the same day admissions team to finally being admitted to Ward 11B for your operation.

It was nice to hear how all the staff made you feel comfortable and welcomed throughout your stay showing a compassionate and caring attitude.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to all the staff especially Mr Asimakopoulos and Staff Nurse Kyle Fisher who I'm sure will be touched to hear your kind words.
