Attended appointment in the OPAU. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly, she appeared to be on her break when I arrived however she took the time out of her break to take me to the area I needed to go to. In the waiting room there was a HCA who was also very friendly and insisted on bringing me a hot drink which made me feel more at ease.
Then in the appointment I was seen by a Nurse, a Doctor and a Consultant. They were very friendly and extremely thorough throughout my appointment. They ensured they covered everything and I wasn't rushed through my appointment. They couldn't be any better! Even the time from getting my referral to being seen was only a 1 week wait which was brilliant. Its never easy to go to the hospital for appointments however the experience I had was great and made me feel at ease! Do not change anything, you are all brilliant!
