I was referred to the Healthy Lifestyle in Pregnancy service on the NHS Lanarkshire and it has been a fantastic service. They took the time to answer so many questions, made me feel very reassured and they helped me feel like I was having a healthy first pregnancy. I feel like it has really helped me throughout my pregnancy and can’t thank them enough.
