About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

I had an appointment with Dr Koenig and the audiology team for my son.

The staff were great.

Dr Koenig was very professional and ensured I fully understood my son’s problem and management options. She was very caring and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything carefully and ensure my son was comfortable.

Brilliant care all round.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of attending the Royal Hospital for Children with your son for his audiology appointment.

It was great to hear how Dr Koenig and the team took the time to make sure you understood your sons issues and explained his management options. This must have been a massive relief to hear.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to all the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience.

Many Thanks for posting on care opinion regarding your appointment with Dr. Koenig at one of our clinics, it was lovely to read the staff were great and Dr. Koenig was very professional, making sure you understood your son's problem and giving you options to manage whilst making sure your son was kept comfortable.
