So my COVID booster and flu vaccine tonight at Falkirk Community Hospital NHS Forth Valley. Very impressed with the process from appointment through to administering the vaccine. Very clear communication in the letter inviting me to uptake. Easy to reorganise appointment. Arrived, queued, followed the procedures tonight. Organised, smooth, clear, efficient. Helpful; caring, professional, friendly, hard working staff. Army and Navy too ..helping.
Flu in one arm, Pfizer in another. Relatively painless. Grateful to be looked after so well. Thanks to all staff NHS Forth Valley; army and navy reps; all those behind the organisation. The staff deserve a salary that reflects their commitment and hard work.
