About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49) Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Having been unfortunate enough to have a nasty accident I was referred from the RAH to the burns clinic at Glasgow Royal . 

From both hospitals I received nothing but excellent care . The Burns service was exceptional. To the referral , appointment and follow up virtual appointments so efficient .

Staff could not have been more kind and helpful . We are so very lucky to have this in our NHS .

Thank you for taking the time to post a response about your recent treatment at the Burns Unit.

I was sorry to read of your accident that resulted in hospital admission. It must have been a worrying time for you.

It is very reassuring to hear how high you rated your care. I know the Burns team work hard to ensure each patient is at the centre of everything they do and I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback.
