"The dental team"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward Daisy Hill Hospital / Theatres/Recovery

(as a parent/guardian),

My child was at daisy hill hospital last week getting two teeth removed, a month after being referred as urgent. I spoke her through what to expect after receiving the little booklet gave to us by her community dentist team in Portadown health centre.

On arrival at daisy hill We met with a lovely nurse, Modester. The Anaesthetists then came to met us, Neil - such a friendly, caring and calming person! He talked her through what he needed her to do, so that put her at ease, and also her worried mum!
After the procedure the nurses in the recovery bay were wonderful, gave aftercare advice and cared for my child with such passion.
Thanks very much, and yes the tooth fairy came!!

Dear Cro543

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience in DHH Theatres. It is always nice to hear positive feedback and I will ensure that yours is shared with all the staff involved in the care of your child. I’m delighted the tooth fairy came!

Regards

Emmajane
