"Good practice "

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I received a jaw surgery after breaking my jaw about 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic untill when I got home after a week or two I started to have problems with my face stitches so I tried calling the nimber on my discharge papers and never got through to anyone after calling numerous times when I really needed some assistance and information I was very frustrated so I called many differnt numbers on the website and didn’t get through once so still now I am struggling and trying to contact but begging no where, so a good procedure but absaloutely pointless giving out numbers to call if your not going to answer any of them when people need help
