At the time of writing I have been on hold for 55 mins trying to find out where the pre-booked ambulance for my daughter is. This has resulted in my daughter being late for her follow up appointment after having hip replacement, I cannot take her in my car as it is not suitable. The hospital said they would still see her if we could get her there, but no one answering. It is not good enough.
