"Access to outpatients department"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Outpatients Department

(as a relative),

I'm not one who usually moans about stuff out of my control, but after I dropped my wife off at the front entrance I went to park my car. After getting parked in the farthest away space, I decided to head back towards the hospital building. But there aren't any signs directing humans towards the outpatients area. So with limited mobility and a walking stick, I attempted to get to the front entrance, to find the only known way into the outpatients dept.

When I got about halfway round, my wife had finished her appointment and I had to waddle back up the hills to get my car again. The system seems broken. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't want to have to come back.
