"Very helpful"

Just wanted to say a big thankyou for helping me earlier. My very elderly frail mother had just been discharged from hospital/care home with a bag of new drugs with no further instructions. It's very stressful caring for her as it is so the very prompt help from the front of office staff is much appreciated. I left within minutes with a new repeat prescription form and further advice. It might sound a small thing but it was such a relief to get it sorted so quickly.
