I attended my appointment on the 15th may at the outpatients department. The receptionists where terribly miserable and not friendly at all. I then went along to outpatients where a gentleman was waiting to help me out and asked me to take a seat and I would be called. He was very friendly and cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately I then has to use the bathroom which was filthy and disgusting. There were urine samples sitting on the bin in there and tissue on the floor. This has made me think twice about wanting my operation done in Orpington hospital. The only good thing other than the cheerful gentleman was that I got in so early that by the time my appointment come around I was already on the way home. Also the best thing was that star was very helpful and talked me through everything, made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed to leave.
