"I just want someone to see me and help me"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Urology Sidmouth Community Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I have had my appointment cancelled again with the bladder care department at Sidmouth hospital with no explanation and no new appointment given. I am in so much pain it is unbearable. I have not been able to go to the toilet for over two months. I feel so ill and don’t know what they are playing at. I feel like I am being messed around. I have tried using the 111 service but even when I go to the emergency room I am not treated or examined properly and am sent home with the reason that I am already in the system but then also told I am not on the list. It is very confusing and frightening. I had the camera inserted over a year ago and was informed I had a blockage, but nothing has been done since as my appointments keep getting cancelled. My partner and myself are very worried that it might be cancer and are so upset that no one is helping me. I was seen by a doctor at Exeter Hospital but nothing since. I am so ill and in pain and just want someone to see me and help me.
