"Made me feel very relaxed"

I went to the Endoscopy Department at Ninewells for a Colonoscopy. After a terrible time taking the Preparation for the procedure my Blood Pressure was sky high. The nurse checked it and checked it until it settled down, nothing was too much trouble for her and She gave me loads of information and made me feel very relaxed. I had no sedation during the procedure but the doctors and nurses were so reassuring it went well and I watched it on the screen, what a lovely team I had . I then went to the recovery room and again the nurses there were very helpful and I got information leaflets and my results from the test straight away. What I was absolutely dreading was made into a very pleasant experience by the complete professionalism of all involved. Thank You everyone for all of your help. Such a pleasant atmosphere from beginning to end of procedure.
