I attended the phlebotomy team for my bloods, for which I required 11 vials of blood. The staff member I believe was called Vera.
She made checks to ensure that all samples were in the correct bottle and her venepuncture skills were some of the best I have ever experienced. Please could you feed back to Vera just how much she made this experience a positive and cheery one and that her professionalism was excellent.
