My father was very ill so we called the emergency services. Within a very short space to time, a paramedic called Dave arrived. He was absolutely brilliant and made my father comfortable. He was then joined by a further 2 paramedics who were also excellent. They were so kind, compassionate and professional. We were so impressed.
Following this visit, it was decided to keep my father at home unless his condition worsened. The following day my father's condition worsened and this was recognised by a responder called Tracey, so 2 further paramedics arrived and again they were excellent and again were so kind, compassionate and professional.
My father is now in Treliske Hospital being treated for TB. I spoke to a nurse treating him yesterday evening and she was so kind and professional too and I would like to thank her too. I visited A&E this morning to drop off some belongings for my father and couldn't believe how busy the A&E Department were. The staff were absolutely fantastic and we should all be so grateful. So THANK YOU to everybody involved at the NHS for everything, from the Paramedics, nursing staff, doctors, responders and reception team. You are ALL very much appreciated.
"The staff were absolutely fantastic"
