"Homlessness and addiction"

About: Buccleuch House (IDAS)

(as a service user),

I was homeless on the isle of Wight living in a tent, i was introduced to the housing navigators that work with inclusion. i engaged with them and got myself on script that helped me reduce my substance use i was then offered a placement at a homeless hostel for 12 weeks, and i am being supported by Mark the housing navigator, having weekly appointments to keep me motivated about changing my substance use while setting goals about finding a more suitable place to live. me and my partner feel very sup[ported by mark and inclusion as a whole and cant thank them enough for what has been done for us as. I personally have never felt as supported as i do now.

Dear rw2021

Thank you so much for taking the time to post such positive feedback about the inclusion service, which I will make sure is shared with the team.

I am so pleased you and your partner feel supported by Mark and the team, and I wish you all the best with continuing to achieve your goals set.
