After collapsing I was brought to Daisy Hill Hospital's Emergency Department following a collapse. My experience here was good. I had quite a long wait. However, all the staff were fine and very helpful - I have no complaints.
I was then transferred up to Coronary Care where I am now. Everything I have to say about here is very positive. The main enemy on the ward is boredom however as there isn't really much to do.
All the nurses up here are excellent and all the medical staff have been good as well. Every staff member has been brilliant - but the nurses have been particularly good. Every member of staff is excellent at communicating with you - they tell me exactly what I need to know.
Any food I have eaten has been absolutely superb - and piping hot as well.
The only issue I have encountered during my stay here is that there is no hot water in the toilet sink. Other than this everything has been good.
"Excellent nurses but no hot water in toilet"
