Attended a gynaecology appointment today with Mr Orakwue. I was very nervous about this appointment but Mr Orakwue made the experience a whole lot better. His bedside manner was impeccable, very friendly, polite and professional. I felt listened to, at ease and comfortable throughout the whole appointment.
The nurse who also was in this appointment (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was also brilliant at her role. I wish to compliment the service I received today. It is easy to complain about our NHS service but praise when it is due is also needed. Mr Orakwue and the nurse are a credit to the NHS. I just wanted the experience I had today to be recognised and I hope that this message is shared with both Mr Orakwue and the nurse.
