What I liked
I attended Ross Tilley ward on the 22.10.07 after a serious hand injury.
I received the utmost professional care from the operating team, they carried out some pretty clever stuff, of which I will be eternally grateful.
I was also very grateful to the guys in intensive care at the burns unit for stabilizing my heart, after an unforeseen (congenital apparently) problem brought on by the trauma of the whole thing.
I was impressed by one of your Doctors brief diagnosis which happened to be exactly right, the same as my local hospital's diagnosis after numerous tests.
I found the ward staff very kind and efficient, in fact these are the very people who made my stay almost pleasurable. I do know from talking to the other patients on that ward, we all felt the same.
I am still attending out patients and will be for a few months, the clinic is well run and I certainly haven't any complaints.
The Physiotherapy department is doing a superb job looking after me.
I've talked to a lot of staff in the hospital and I think the reason the place is so well run is that everybody is happy with their job---------- well everyone I talked to was!
I have attended hospital a few times, twice in the 50s, once in the 60s and twice in the 90s and therefore I have a yardstick to measure by and I can assure you, The Queen Victoria is a superb hospital.
Many Thanks.

What could be improved
In my opinion, nothing.
