I was in Omagh Hospital today for a minor procedure. The care I received from the moment I met Yvonne, the nurse,who took me through to the ward to leaving after my procedure and being brought back to reception by Chris was exceptional. At all times everyone was very polite and friendly, nothing was a problem the level of patient care has exceeded my expectations so much.
Dr. Randhawa who performed my procedure was great, as she had been when I met her in out patients initially. The anaesthetist was very clear, polite and friendly too and answered all my questions. Julie, who was on the ward also before my procedure was great and really put me at ease. Yvonne and Chris who were excellent also made the whole experience very easy for me and constantly checked to make sure all was ok.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at Omagh Hospital today. Thank you very much 🙂
