Angela is great at the Podiatry clinic at waterside health centre.  She is a real angel, so good with my mum who suffers from dementia 😢 and very helpful.

My name is Nicola Hayes and I am temporarily Acting Head of Service for Older People's Mental Health. My substantive post is Dementia Service Improvement Lead for Acute Hospitals.

Thank you for sharing your experience of your mother's journey through the Podiatry Department in the Waterside Hospital.

I hoped your mother is doing well following her podiatry treatment.

I am glad to hear that you and your mother had a positive experience. Coming into the Podiatry Department can be a fearful and stressful time for any of us. The care and treatment provided, as that provided by Angela is essential to ensure that any hospital journey is person centred.
