(as a carer),

The wheelchair arrived today for my wife as promised by the Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS through the Westmarc scheme. I was delighted that the gentleman delivering it took time to explain how the chair worked, as it is quite different to that we had for my late mother-in-law.

The requirement for insurance against damage and theft was a surprise, although when checked, it was already covered by our Contents Insurance.

We are really delighted with the product and the service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion it's very much appreciated.

I was delighted to read you were happy with the service provided to you and your wife by WestMARC with the delivery of her new wheelchair.

I realise setting up the wheelchair can be a daunting experience especially if it's not one you are used to so to hear our member of staff took the time to explain the process was very encouraging.

I will be sure to feed your comments back to the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear they made a difference.
