About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

I had this evening to attend MIU at the Victoria ACH following an injury. I want to say thank you to the receptionist, to Brian the Nurse who treated my injury. I had such a short wait from arrival to assessment to treatment.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the Minor Injuries Unit of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It was great to hear how you had such a wonderful experience and all the staff you encountered were friendly and professional especially the receptionist and Brian the nurse..

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to all the staff involved who I'm sure will be pleased to hear you were happy with the treatment you received while you were under their care.
