The entire team in Bruce House EMI are the most thoughtful and caring staff. They are passionate about their residents welfare, but also go out of their way to check in with relatives.

Thank you for all

your lovely feedback. I am delighted to read your positive experience with staff and Thomas. As Service Manager I am more than happy to share this with Thomas and the team and thank them for all their hard work and particularly involving families and carers and displaying and living the trust values.
