(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in the hospital for quite a while now, I was brought over by son, and I waited in the emergency department for 3 hours. The staff down here were great, I don’t think there could be much improvements made to it, as the process was very smooth. Everything on the ward has been okay, the staff have been providing quality care. The food is okay, I don’t have much of an appetite, and the ward is also cleaned very well.
