"Professional Rapid Response Team"

(as the patient),

I was feeling unwell with dizziness each time i stood up.  My  GP requested the RRT to visit my home to perform observations and examination. Jane arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and helpful. She was thorough and caring in her examination, mindful of my concerns and sought advice through my GP, reporting back to her directly in my presence.

This was most reassuring when examining my ear which presented to her unusually because of a previous operation.  She was calm and detailed in her observations, leaving me with repeated medical advice in case of any deterioration.

No quick wham bam must move on, no Jane was so professional.  As a vocational professional  for over 40 years  I would like to thank Jane for her professional service.
