"Caring and personal approach"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Interventional Cardiology

(as a carer),

My Dad had a angiogram at the golden jubilee. The staff, Catherine, Dawn, and Hannah were so caring and kind. The other nurses were too but I can't remember all the names. Dr Robertson took his time to explain the procedure and after the procedure very clearly explained the next step and options. There was a calm, efficient and happy atmosphere on the unit, which really helped my dad be as relaxed about the procedure as possible. My dad has cognitive impairment and can become very agitated when in hospital, wanting leave and getting frustrated but because of the professional caring and personal approach he felt calm and the whole day went very well
