I had my operation at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on a 30mm macro adenoma. My neuro surgeon is very pleased with how the surgery went describing it as textbook and I have no nasal drip/CSF leak and haven't lost my taste which I know is usually quite common for this particular operation. I am hoping to get home tomorrow and apart from a headache and some obvious pain from the physical side of the op itself I've been pretty much okay. I would like to give praise to my neuro surgeon Mr Hughes for his professionalism and surgical skill, anesthetist Jeremy and the rest of the theatre team and thank them all for looking after me so well. I would also like to thank all of the staff in ward 230 who made my stay there very comfortable.
"They made my stay very comfortable"
