"Attending minor injuries"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I had a fall around 10 days ago and attended minor injuries at the ulster hospital. I met ENP Danielle - she was so helpful and really took into consideration my severe skin condition and the impact different tests would have on it. This is such a rarity but the holistic approach made the whole visit so much easier.

Danielle gave me a flexible appointment to come back so my leg could be reviewed and this meant I was able to work around daily dressings with no stress. On both occasions I was in the department for less than 45 minutes. The care from Danielle was so good and I just wanted to pass on my thanks!
